Poetry in the Park
It was a wonderful night for the first night of the Poetry in the Park Season, and my second public reading after about 10 years of radio silence. Both Joanne Arnott and Jordan Abel were incredible in very different ways, and the other readers from the open mic session were just a joy to hear as well. Slowly working my way through "Fertile Ground" before the radio interview in August, but having a chance to try out some of the poems on an unwitting public was great.
